General Questions

If I am not able to attend a class, can I cancel it and make it up later? 
For one-on-one tutoring, you can call to cancel your schedule without charge at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation requests made within less than 24 hours in advance will incur charge for the scheduled tutoring hour.  Classes cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time.  For group lessons, there is no make-up, but you can come to school to check your homework.

If I cannot finish the whole program, can I keep the money for the rest of the program?
Tuition credits will not be available after the third week of classes.

When should I pay my tuition?
Payments must be made prior to all class. For group classes, the total tuition is due before the start of the program.  For one-on-one tutoring, hours for the entire month are paid for at the beginning of each month.

How can I pay for my tutoring?
You can pay check or cash in school or mail a check to our school before class. You can also pay credit card online.

What are your office hours?
We are open seven days: 10:00AM to 7:00PM on weekdays, 9:00AM to 7:00PM on weekends.

You can schedule at any time up to twenty-four hours before the requested tutoring time.
